11th - prime house of financial gain, increments & promotion
6th - prime house for service & working conditions
7th - prime house of business, business partners, trade & commerce.

Houses for No Job or obstacles in career

5th - 5th house being 12th from 6th prime house of service or service condition loss of inclination to the work. It is also 11th house of competitor or the opposite party. When it conjoins with any of 8th,12th house it puts real dent on the career of the person or if the person is not having a job, it prevents the native from getting the job. 5th house alone is good in all respects.

8th - it is prime house of obstacles, misfortunes and insults

12th - this house signifies loss.

5,8,12 - this combination is the worst for the career & financial prospects in business as well as job. it signifies suspension, dismissal, scandals, insults, heavy loss of money. If good houses 10,11 are not signified in the Dasha/Bhukti/Anatra with this combination then it signifies TOTAL LOSS. If the person is without job, then he/she cannot get job in the DBA. This is all because of 5,8,12

6th - It is prime house of litigation, debts and enemy. It is also prime house of job and work place.

6th house plays dual role. At one hand it signfies prime house of job and on the other hand it signifies enemy, litigation and debts. 6th house is less bad then 8th house and 12th house.

Current Mahadasha of Saturn till 2030.
Saturn's sublord Mars is signifying 2nd house(accumulation of wealth, money & bank accounts) and 7th house( prime house of business). Through its starlord Sun it is signifying 11th house(prime house of financial gain). Saturn as a planet is not signifying any of the positive house, though it is signifying 5th house. Alone 5th house cannot give negative results.

So Saturn Mahadasha promises business.

Ketu as planet is signifying 10th house(prime house of career, name and fame) along with 12th house and 5th house. It also signifies 7th house and 2nd house.

Moon Bhukti - Starting from Sept 2002 - April 2024.
Moon can spell disaster. 5th house, 8th house and 12th house are getting connecting through planet, starlord and sublord. Mere 10th house cannot fight with 3 negative houses. Moon period will give very bad results in terms of obstacles, financial loss or in job could lead to suspension or even termination.

Mars Bhukti - Starting from April 2024 - May 2025.
Mars is very similar to Ketu, expect 10th house is appearing in starlord also. This means the results will be little better than Ketu. Though not good or great due to absence of 11th house and 5th and 12th house appearing in sublord and starlord.

Rahu Bhukti - Starting from May 2025 - March 2028.

It's an excellent and detailed analysis.
However, I've slightly different view towards his Moon AD:
1. The native got Ruchak Mahapurush yoga and must be equipped to deal with persons and circumstances.
2. 10L Moon is in 5H and aspected by 5L sat, making kendra trikona Rajyoga.
3. In D-10, Moon is 10L placed in 10H, this will be an excellent time for the native.
4. Sat is navamsa dispositor of 10L Moon, hence Sat will have max say in the choice of native's career and Sat-Moon shd be very good for the native in terms of career.
So I feel Moon AD will be good for the native.

yes Neeraj ji but what i indicated was, you/kim not rectified her/his birth time.Without rectification everyone will get Libra only.An experienced astrologer must first check whether the lagna is correct or not based on sun posited star and lagna fallen sign at the time of birth.

So far whatever chart I've seen yours is the one which is most susceptible to change within 2 min.
With given details I got Gemini Asc 00-07 and Moon is in Aries at 27-17
At 14:28:30 the lagna chnages to Taurus.
You must visit the BTR section of this forum viewforum.php?f=12 and first ascertain which is the correct TOB.
The strength of this science depends on the accuracy of the birth details.

Neeraj ji-Native born just after[12] at noon.He has given 12-50pm as his birth time.At 12-50PM as his given Birth Time,lagna star falls in CHITHRA nakshtra which is not in synchronisation with Lagna nischaya[fixation/deciding] rules.If lagna is Libra,he must born after 2-00 pm.so we have to cross check the correct time and lagna based on sun posited star at the time of birth.Here sun in Punarvasu star[4-7th lord jupiters star].4th is mother/home/delivery place and the 7th is exit of baby /new born,as the 7th is the 12th from 8th[womb].Now according to the lagna nischay rules,the 2-7-12 th star becomes the lagna stars from the sun posited star.count from punarvasu to chitra[ based on 12-50pm timing.]The 2nd satr is pushyami but his lagna not in cancer,go to 7th star-it is Hastha. so lagna should fall in Virgo and not in Libra sign.But it is fallen in 8th satr chitra-4th pada which is in sign Libra from suns posited star [which is not in sync with rule].so Birth time is utterly wrong.

sun is more powerful in this chart.After him jupiter-saturn are equally powerful.sun is 12th lord posited in 1oth house of profession with 7th lord jupiter. 7th is business,10th is profession and 12th is self employment or job or business of his own kind and likes. saturn as the lord of subordination[services-job under someone]aspected by both sun-jupiter double strongly denoting self business and not job.so my prediction is this native left his present job and starts his own business in saturn-sun anthara, i.e from 22-5-2022 onward very surely..

I had verified the birth time using rule of origin method before giving the prediction. Still I'm going to verify the birth time once more using Ruling Planet by KP Method.

BTR using Ruling Planet By KP Method.

Moon's Ruling planet that is signlord, starlord, sublord at the time, place of Judgement must have lingage with the unrectified horoscope Ascendant signlord, starlord, sublord.

Let us now understand what constitutes a ‘linkage’. For the purpose of birth time rectification let us assume the following notations.
Ascendant sign lord: X1 Ruling Moon’s sign lord: Z1
Ascendant star lord: X2 Ruling Moon’s star lord : Z2
Ascendant sub lord : X3 Ruling Moon’s sub lord : Z3
According to this method of birth time rectification, we need to first check the linkage between X1 and Z1 to ascertain whether the birth sign is correct or not. If there is no linkage between X1 and Z1,then we need to do rectification at this level first. Once this level is rectified, we need to check whether there is any linkage between X2 and Z2 to find the correct ascendant star. If there is no linkage, then we rectify the time at his level. Recommended ayanamsa with KP or umang taneja's nadi astrology is either KP new or old ayanamsa. I don't know about traditional or vedic astrology so I cannot draw a chart or for that matter analyze vedic or traditional chart. Even if try to analyze vedic chart my focus or energies will be diverted towards nadi astrology.
