Going through hell like situation ... seeking help

Hi All respected learned members,

I am going through a very pathetic situation....feeling very much anxious ... feeling helpless, measurable ..... nothing is going well..... finance is also not good....

My problem is - Presently I am desperately trying to change my present job ,but at the same time I can not settle abroad or relocate due to my family responsibilities. I have to take care of my parents at any cost.
As a result if such opportunity comes in near future from abroad , it will not be possible for me to grab.

My questions...
So if I don't take that opportunity in abroad , is there any hope to get a new job in my birth city(Calcutta) ?
If there is a chance , then please tell me the approx date.
