Lot of medical procedures required to beget child for this couple.With proper medication and medical help,there is a chance to get a child during 4-10-2018-11-3-2019[conception].29-4-2019 -16-9-2019 period & 20-11-2020 -4-4-2021 period also favourable for conception..

I always thought Venus being in 5th house and 5th lord in 4th house is good for having blessings of a child then why there are obstacles in having a child ? How is the Saptamsha chart of both ?
Would be grateful for your analysis. Will there be happiness from child at all ?
