Dear Satyam,
I've read your chart. For a career in civil services one needs strong 1st, 6th, 9th and 10th lords with rajyogas and most important the right dasha.
For a career in politics particularly SA and SU alongwith moon and JU needs to be strong with the right house lordships.
As far as political career is concerned it is one thing to get into politics and other to shine as well. Anybody could get into politics but I don't find shining indications for that. Your SA being yogakaraka is well placed in 2nd, though in enemy sign but it is associated with wealth and not with political power. Sun is also your 11th lord in exchange with 12th lord indicates income and expenditures from foreign sources. Both of them are noway connected with your 10th house. Now the remaining two planets Ju and Moon are indeed good in your chart but they are more connected with your service career rather than political career as I delineate in the next para.
First I must confirm that you would have a well to do prosperous life.--Your lagna lord VE is in 11th indicating prosperity moneywise. Your yogakaraka SA is in 2nd house of wealth. 2nd and 7th lord MA in 11th house again indicating wealth acquisition particularly after your marriage. Conj. of 7th/2nd lord MA and 9th/12th lord ME indicates bhagyodaya after marriage. ME also indicates earning from abroad( incidently your ME AD begins from DEC. '09-MAR. '12; you can try your luck abroad although your strong Ju in 4th-homeland would try to pull you back to home). So you see your life would be prosperous.
Now coming to the most important aspect about your profession is that it does indicate a service( as opposed to business). Your 6th lord JU is neech in 4th but Retrograde thus causing neechbhanga and aspecting 10th house and your 10th lord moon is in lagna which is 10th from JU forming Gajkesari yoga. In Navamsa again it is forming gajkesari yoga with JU in 12th and Moon in 6th in friendly sign with ME and in Dasamsa Moon is the lagna lord itself posited in a friendly sign in 5th(house of competitions) with 5th lord Ma. ME the 9th lord in natal chart is in 10th house of Dasamsa chart . So the most important planets for your career/profession are Moon, JU, and ME. All of them indicates intellectual profession which can be either a civil service or some other intellectual job connected with foreign land.
Now the most important aspect is the timing( appropriate dasha). One thing is for sure -the present ongoing dasha of JU is the best wrt to your profession, i.e. your professional life would be settled for final in this MD that runs from April '05 -April '21. Now we have to narrow down the timeline. The AD of SA runs from June '07 to Dec. '09 which must have been financially good. The ME(9th and 12th lord) AD begins from Dec. '09-March '12 which should give you opportunities abroad. ME is stronger than Ju, therefore though there can be hurdles but you can overcome them; but the most important impediment is the beggining of Sada-Sati that would would bring a difficult 7.5 yrs. Although for Libra rashi natives as yours, Sade-Sati is not that bad but still it would be bringing lot of hurdles and frustrations but you would eventually overcome them.
The great revelation that comes out from your chart is that as soon as your Sade-Sati ends in '16 begins the most most important period for your profession -the MOON AD and that too in JU MD that are forming the great gajkesari yoga in natal as well as the Navamsa. The Moon AD extends from Aug. '16- Dec. '17. This period would definitely give you success in the civil service kind of profession. JU influencing 10th house gives a very good and successful taxation legal practice. And if this Ju is somehow connected to a well placed SA, it makes a gives judicial service. Now your JU gives you service for sure and SA aspects it also though it is not directly connected with the 10th house and SA is yogakaraka for you also. But your SA mahadasha is going to begin in 2021.
Till then however you can definitely consider tax consultancy as a fruitful opton for sure. But I do not know how i get this intution that your bhagyodaya is connected with your marriage and option abroad. Your 7th/2nd lord is conj. with your 9th/12th lord ME and lagna lord VE in 11th with 11th lord in 12th indicating strong foreign influence. Maybe other members on the forum could possibly throw some light on it.
I really don't have any idea about Pan Ki jad.

Dear Satyam,
You can wear Pukhraj on any thursday. It should be flawless. Although the appropriate weight should be 5 ratti( 0.915 miligram--1 ratti=0.183 mg) yet you can take a bit smaller one if cost prohibits but it should be of high quality- i.e. not heat treated, not artificially coloured and no black spots inside. If you are getting a very shiny, transperent and deep yellow pukhraj in the range of 5000-10000( 5 ratti) then be rest assured that it is definitely heat treated and coloured. So you have to purchase with your eyes open. In that case it is better to purchase a sub-stone for jupiter like topaz( of about 12 rattis). An original non heat treated, non colour treated and very transperent and deep yellow stone of 5 ratti would cost about 1 lakh. So beware of fake stones. A genuine non heat/coloured treated stone but of cheaper variety would not be very shiny or absolute transperent or deep yellow. You can also get your stone tested at the Gem Testing Laboratory, Near Kalkaji, New delhi or any other govt. lab.( geological survey of india) near your place.
On the day of wearing keep the ring dipped into raw cow's milk at your place of worship and at the time of wearing wash it with Gangajal and holding it in hand chant the beej mantra of JU--" om graam greem graum sah gurveh namah" 108 times and then wear it.
Regarding Pearl you can wear as large as possible on any Monday in shukla paksha doing the same procedure but chanting the beejmantra of Moon-" Om shraam shreem shraum sah chandramaseh namah". Nowadays you cannot get natural sea pearl( sometimes reffered to as Basra ke moti which are extremely expensive). All of them are cultured fresh water pearls.

If any stone is heated it is generally considered that that beneficial effects are destroyed and it ceases to give any effects whatsoever. Stones are generally heat treated to enhance their colour and shine.
