Rahu Ketu in same house D30 chart

Could any one please let me know if it's common to see rahu and ketu occupying same house in divisional chart say D30? As per jagganath hora software (21.04.85 5.08pm chennai) my D30 chart seem to be having rahu and ketu in 10th house Libra. Does this mean I am done with career or got almost numb/neutral out of dealing many sudden misfortunes in life hence this indication? What is your interpretation? please enlighten me. Also in D9 Rahu and mercury in Scorpio 5th house and Ketu in Libra. I am running rahu mahadasha rahu bhukthi and guess this do indication is debilitation. Does this denotes no children in my second half too (i am a divorcee awaiting to seek marriage alliance after rahu bhukthi)? Or something related to children being born under rahu mercury affliction? Or might get spouse with rahu mercury affliction?
