Should I leave a settled job and get into stock market investing

Hi earned scholars,

I have been working for more than 15 years now in the financial services industry. I have a settled career in the field of financial risk analytics.

Of late I have been investing in the stock markets with moderate success. However, now I feel I should do something on my own, especially in the fund management / stock selection advisory process.

My details are as follows: born on 21st October 1975, at Mumbai, post midnight at 01Hrs and 10 Mins.

Can someone please guide me, if I should seriously get into the stock market investments (not trading) on my own? WIll this be beneficial for me?
