Change in career

Dear all,
I'm looking for a change in career as I am not satisfied with my current job. I have been put under pressure, not treated well by my Managers and I feel like quitting my job. Though I performed extremely well my work is not recognised. No promotion until now, not earning decent salary. Promotion delayed for more than 18 months. I have now come to a mindset to quit job and start a business on my own. Iam very much interested in doing a business. For this I am looking to sell my land and get money to change my career. I would like to know when will it happen? When good time begins for me? My dob 16th sept 1978, 4:55am at Chennai, India. Leo lagna, Aquarius moon sign. Please help me. Thank you.
