You may wait for jupiter to change Rasi from 19 december09. Problems would be sloved to some extent.
Saturn transit after 5 years would make your career comparatrively stabilised.

If you are looking for a job change, it would happen next month, december onwards.
MD lord Rahu's transit to your 8th house can give stress to health.
Current antara lord Moon can give better growth opportunities. It is in a lovely position aspecting its own house, can offer overseas travels and live on sea coast
