Divorce filed on Jan 5, 2018, Last day of court hearing if he contests is in November..

Indeed my health, job, marriage is haywire...especially since September of 2017... everything fell apart and I could not figure out how... Lost my job this jan 2018... just started studying more for another license until I start a new job.. Health is not as bad as last year as I landed in ER twice in Oct 2017 outta the blue...

My parents did not approve of him but it was due to my diplomacy they agreed and did a lot to help my husband and me ...until they saw my husband and inlaws emotionally and financially abusing me... My family no longer likes him...
His family was always against me but since he has a wishy washy relationship with them, they were able to instigate him againt me saying that I am dominating and controlling him...so now he is in a different country with his sister(emotionally manipulative) and I am temporarily with my parents...

My family is spiritual, and have very different values than his family... even though I love him, the marriage has taken tolls over me emotionally, physically, financially and it was all well until the in-laws started instigating....

As an amateur in astrology myself, I never thought eleventh house is for 2nd marriage...I thought 2nd house is for second marriage being 8th from 7th... I know some astrologers who use 9th house for second marriage which is third from the seventh coz in older days the younger sibling of the spouse was married to the man whose wife died.... Do you use 11 because it is 5th from the 7th so perhaps romantic affair of the spouse?

All ancient texts say that 11th house and lord tell about 2nd marriage.
Its the 5th from 7th house which is like - death of first marriage (7th house/divorce) is the reason for birth of 2nd marriage (5th house of child/2nd marriage)

If 11th house lord is stronger than 7th house lord, usually the first marriage breaks and second marriage wins.

Thanks for replying. I read your reply. Rahu Venus period is the perfect time for impulsive intense romance/marriage. It would have worked out well (meaning you would have been attracted to the right person for the right reasons) if Rahu and Venus had been good influences for your chart. But, Rahu is in the 12th house and Venus is the 6th Lord.

Reading your reply I feel inspired to share a few observations with you. Please do not take them the wrong way. I'm younger than you and never been married. But I have seen a marriage of a friend in which the boy is struggling with the manipulative abusive behaviour of the girl.

- when a man is on his knees crying asking you to marry him because his family was creating issues, reasonable, emotionally stable men don't do such things. You probably felt good about helping him out of his pain but you need to move from the realm of what feels good into what is the right thing to do. The right thing in my opinion would have been to take him to a clinical psychologist who could help him sort out whatever emotional issues he has.

- you seem to justify his behaviour by pointing to the influence his family has on him. I think you need to consider him fully responsible for his personal behaviour. A man of his age needs to act like an adult, be aware of other's influences on him and still be able to do what is right.

- what is it about you that makes you get attracted to manipulative people? Are you easily moved by other people's emotional pain? Are you an inherently helpful person who loves to help people in pain? Please guard your heart against such attractions. Engage your helping instincts in some social work, voluntary work etc.,

I agree with every bit of it... although there are more details I cannot post on the forum that made me do what I did in his case of accepting the proposal...oh well I can only say that marriage is sanjog and it is all about the debt you need to pay off to the person involved and sanskaar play a huge role in ur unconscious actions influenced by ur past...

Since I am an amateur in astrology I can only give my two cents given I have practiced astrology on and off since 2009...
My natal chart- Saturn in scorpio in anurdha nakshatra(Hard bargains)- although Saturn is digbali, it shows rigidity in marital practice due to fear of tantra, control, secrecy, poisons etc.....which matches the complicated natal chart of my husband..The spouse is very much in embattled state, closed with regard to intimacy and suffers fears(his Chandra rahu in 8th).... plus 7th lord in 8th means the spouse is unduly influenced by his family
Husband's chart- very complicated personality in fierce battle with his father shani surya opposition to the degree and battle with mother(moon rahu plus aspect of mars)

If you look at our synastry, I doubt any pundit will say that the marriage wont happen...look at the nodes, moon lagna synastry in rohini n multiple things in navamsha. If you are into jaimini- look at how the karakas r interacting... the dashas are over lapping...

In my hube view, marriage partner comes at the assigned time and there is not getting away from the debt u need to pay... whether the interaction is good or bad, the partner needs to be forgiven and treated nicely as the spouse is ur biggest teacher who mirrors u... I have not caught him in any affair but given his chart , he is surrounded by females , very clingy and him being 8th house heavy along with rahu moon in rohini in 8th makes me worry about infidelity ... He does have a moral character due to shani in lagna and 7th lord in 1st but his moon rahu (with aspect of mars) is impulsive and 8th means extra marital... I could be wrong because free will is there and offcourse this behavior can be policed or fixed thru meditation... If I don't set my boundaries, my goals wont be accomplished... you get a human life after 8.4 million incarnations, I wouldn't wanna waste it around negativity unless he chooses to mend his ways ..

Nope. I did the analysis with Prashna chart , not with your natal chart.
Natal chart is like a Body and other features, Prashna chart is a dissection part or like Biopsy type for analyzing specific identified issues for a solution.
I haven't casted your natal chart.

Legally divorced sanctioned by a Judiciary ( Shani & Guru) after going trough all the legal processes during Divorce. When that person than marries with religious customs or in presence royal members ( Govt members or other designates) with the same person ( after underwent Husband/Wife relations daily) not referred as second marriage.

A prediction can be made with scientific backing and with logical way, marriage will be more than one marriage or multiple marriages. Only sages can predict correct number of spouses. And we are Human.
