Scope of Second Child at an advanced age

Respected astrologers,

Please suggest if there is any scope of having a second child considering the advanced ages of the husband and wife in this case. Couple is trying from one year for the second child but so far not successful in conceiving.
(First child was also born late but the conception occurred much sooner while they were trying for the baby)

Wife - 29 - 07 - 1981 , 1 : 15 PM , Delhi
Husband - 08 - 10 - 1980 , 4 : 32 AM , Delhi

First Child - 23 - Aug - 2013 , Hyderabad
