Birth time correction/rectification PLEASE HELP PLEASE

There are 2 people's time of births that i need to know very urgently but there is no proper source to get to know it.
I do have a rough idea about their birth time..just not sure if it is accurate

1st person
My mother
Female
Dob 31st May,1969
Pob new delhi, India
Tob- 11:30 a.m. (not sure)
Got married in 1996
Had first girl child in 1997
Her younger brother left the house and is nowhere to be known till now
Her father died of heart attack
Her mother died of cancer



And the 2nd person is my little sister
Female
Dob 28th october 2004
Pob new delhi, India
Tob 8:30/8:32/8:34 A.M.

Please help..pleaseeee
