Please help me for my career

time= 18:53
place=dhanbad (jharkhand)
I am going through very bad phase in my career. I was in one NGO till oct 2017. They have monetary problem. So there was no salary, Now in oct 2017 i changed to another job, with so little salary and work timings were not less than 12 hours a day, and no personal life. Now i want to change my job. When will i get the new job. and any remedies i have to do for better job.
