conjunction of 9th and 11th lords is a type of Dhana yoga.
Again, as the lords of 6th and 8th, their conjunction (in a watery sign) is not good.
In addition, Mars is aspecting 8th house. Hence, yes. There is a chance of accident in Mars periods or sub-periods.
Jupiter is the badhaka lord.
Moon in 3rd house is in good aspect with badhaka lord.
So, during Moon dasa Mars sub-period i.e. from July 2021 to Jan 2022 - the boy must take care.
