My DOB is 25.11.1977 time ; 05.20 am Place Chandigarh
I have had no progeny till now. I am planning for second marriage will it result in progeny.
Is progeny in my date???

If the problems are only with your partner ( medically ), you can try second marriage.
Otherwise, under the said circumstances, the chances are too less.

Hi, both have dosha, suggest you think about Adoption.
Both Mars and Saturn aspects fifth house. Jupiter is very weak in the star of rahu and house of mercury. Saturn is in enemies house and in papa kartari. Venus, karaka for semen and semenal fluid combusted. But jupiter aspecting fifth house may give some good in 2024-2026.
