What happens if the birth Rahu Ketu axis is reversed in a D9 chart?

For discussion on the dashas (predictive systems): vimshottari, yogini, or other conditional dashas like shodashottari, etc.

almost a year and half ago I started Rahu mahadasha. Rahu in Vishaka and Ketu in Bharani nakshtra in D1 chart. They are exactly reverse in D9 chart. How will be the effect of this?
FYI -1 year ago I got the citizenship of a diff country.
