For those who want to effectively thread through Sade Sati period…..
Sade Sati is all about becoming "humble" (an awareness or accepting that nothing is in your hand to dictate, everyone is equal and act impartial to everyone, and not reacting to the negative with negative but be strong in your will and principles). In Life, one may get more negatives than others but everyone has started their race in life from some point that is different than others. No doubt it calls for higher level of patience (ability to accept delay or trouble calmly) with elevated endurance (experiencing and surviving pain or hardship). It also requires a strong mental will power to not to get frustrated/irritated by the prolonged incoming negative occurring, be it physical/object oriented or mental. It should be as if you are watching things happening as a movie without getting involved. For this, at a mental level, ignore the negative as it comes in and focus on something more spiritual such as Nature, God, Prayers, chanting, meditation.

If you prolong the negative thought or grudging through what all happened to you (and why it only happens to you), the negative thought will become a routine/habit and it will be harder to get out of the negative thoughts/situation. Ignoring the negatives is not about going away from discharging the duties or taking the responsibility for your actions but it is about not getting affected by the negative outcomes in life (First your mind gets affected, then the surroundings around you and then your body health). Do your part of the work and accept the outcome as it comes.

Problems in life can be dealt appropriately if it comes one at a time and the next one only comes after resolving the first one but in Sade Sati it comes all together or at least 3 or 4 at a time and it is very difficult to deal with them all together during that period. People may ignore you, insult you, back stab you, or condemn you, or you may not get what you need but keep your-self calm and do not retaliate (be humble). I am still going through Sade Sati till October 2017 having completed the Shani Mahadasha and had gone into depression in 2011 during Shani Mahadasha + Sade Sati 2nd stage period . I tried very hard and was able to separate myself for most part with the issues/problems going on and used to pray " let anything may come in life but let there be the grace of the Lord". I am not saying that you will be able to completely remove the misery but it helps to "act with dispassion but keeping myself sane at all times".

Please note the famous words "Advise is free but action is yours" and it is up to you to act according to the need/situation because you are the only one who knows you better. Hopefully you take this as not a typical Lecture but a guideline to deal with your situation.
