Is the birth time correct?? very close conjunction (less than 1 degree) of Saturn-Moon in 3rd house, causing Vish dosh. THis dosha is aspecting 5H of purva-punya and 9H of father, bhaagya, higher education.
Mercury lagna lord has joined Sun 12th lord in the 6th house. Sun MD could bring foreign travels but I don't see a 9th or 4th house connection. Maybe many short travels. Are you working abroad? Sun can also bring losses as a 12th house ruler. Need to watch over expenses.
