Recommend pooja for a baby

I need your help for advising pooja/remedies for a baby.

The Birth Details of the baby are as follows:
Date - 27th December 2016
Time - 6:41 pm
Place - Nashik, India

I have recommended following poojas according to BPHS:
1) Krishna chaturdashi birth
2) Kal sarpa dosha (seems to be kalamruata)
3) Ek nakshatra (father has same nakshatra)
4) Pooja for vishti karana

Do we need to do any jyestha nakshatra related pooja? It does not seem to be gandanta as it is pada 2.

Moon is debilitated in 6th house and aspected by saturn. Any balarishta problem? If yes please suggest a remedy.
