When will i get a career opportunity?

When will I get a job that has good opportunity where I can actually stay and expand?
All my past jobs are like this I work harder than others but never get raised or promotion and people take so much advantage of me they will think that I am a robot, they will think that I'm easy to control, putting wrong blames on me or yelling at me and I always end up hurting myself with fear , anxiety and anger because I don't have guts to speak up as a result I would end up quitting that job. I'm also aware that I have Rahu MD and Ketu AD going on but honestly nothing is working for me is there a hope for me in career wise because my personal life is not any better.
