11th lord and wealth.

Kindly request the astrologers to look at my chart and advise on my financials. It is a bit surprising that I have 11th lord in the 11 house itself, but I don't have my own car or property. I am asking this because 11th lord has an important role to play while assessing the financials of an individual.
