Can marriage be saved or divorce?

Hi,

My wife’s sister is going through an extremely bad phase in her marriage. Since October 2015 she is separated from her husband and now her husband has filed for a divorce.

Since marriage in December 2013, she has lived together with her husband for less than a year.
Within 6 months of marriage he started having fights over petty issues (sometimes instigaged by his parents) and sent her back to her mother’s place. He then went to court blaming her unwillingness to live with him (which was never the case) but the issue was resolved after counselling. This took about 8 months during which they were separated.
They were then together for 5 months till again he sent her back to her mother (girls father not alive) and filed for divorce. He is blaming her for wanting divorce
He is very possessive and of suspicious nature and find small reasons for fight (being instigated by his parents)

After all she has been put through I think your wife's sister should be happy to divorce this man. My personal opinion , but as per her chart,benefic Jupiter is transiting her ascendant and aspects get her 7th house. This can give temporary reprieve till august 2017. Main problem in her chart is malefic mars, lord of eight house is in 7th house. So her in laws will continue to interfere and her husband will continue to be ill tempered if this marriage continues.

The thing which baffles me is that both horoscopes by local astrologers were matched before the marriage and obviously this issue wasn't picked up
