In rashi chart ,lagna is kanya ,saturn is in libra(2nd house),
mars+moon in cancer in 11th house?

In navamsa,lagna is mesha,saturn + moon+venus is in 7th house in tula,mars is in 4th house in cancer.

(1) is there neechbhang raja yoga of mars?
(2)How does vargottama saturn affect the native?
(3)is mars too vargottama?is he benefic or malefic?
