Combust but exalted planets

Hey guys I'm getting into vedic astrology. So my question is if you have a planet that is combust but also exalted what takes precedence? For example look at my chart, I have combust mars of 18 degrees in 11th house but it is in leo with ketu. My sun is also in leo in 11th house which makes it swagruhi but all 3 of these planets are being aspect ed by rahu which is in 5th. So what does it mean? Do I not get the benefit of mars being in leo? I am asking becauseas is the Lord of my 7th house and have been told my marriage will not be a happy one

Also I have venus that is debilitated in virgo in 12th house and aspect ed by retrograde saturn. However I also have mercury with it which makes mercury swagruhi creating neechabhanga yoga. What does it mean in relation to my wife and marriage?
