Dear vinay,

For the concerns you mentioned, you may wear a combination of Saturn and Jupiter gemstones, both in Gold setting.

1. Blue Sapphire (4.5 to 5 carats) or Blue Topaz (4.5 to 5 carats) in Left Middle finger.
2. Yellow Sapphire (4.5 to 5 carats) or Yellow Topaz (4.5 to 5 carats) in Right Index finger.
