Since I already went through your chart, I don't know your current profession, however I see lot of short distance travel, but unfortunately since your 12th house is weak, foreign settlement chances are not very promising.
Moon is karka for travel and its in own sign in 12th house, so travel will be there but settlement chances are not very high.

If I recall, you had been asking about PhD application correct? After having completed Masters degrees in Biology? Were you able to secure fellowship or assistantship for the PhD?
I remember writing to you, and I thought you had some very good financial prospects (yogas) in your chart. Also, you'd consulted several members about your situation, some said there is a chance for settling abroad, others said, no there is not. Some astrologers said, you could get a job in 2015, others replied "not until 2016"
What have you learnt from all this? What is the important lesson here?

You are going through Ketu dasha for last 7 years (2008-2015) and Ketu is separative planet. Rahu, Ketu and Saturn play major role when it comes to foreign land matters, but now you will have Venus dasha from next month and Venus being in 3rd house will give you lot of travel, I see life usually away from home because of travel.
I believe Venus-Sun period might generate opportunity again !
