Debilated yogakaraka in 8th house

I have a doubt abt yogakaraka being neecha in 8th house. In my case venus the yogakaraka (lord of 5th n 9th house) . Wat would be the possible outcome of this. Also yogakaraka is in lagna in navamsha. Can someone through some light at this. Dob 6nov 1983. 14:07

Correction... Venus lord of 4th n 9th. As kumba lagna. Also parivarthana or 8th n 9th lord (venus n mercury) mercury being lord of 8th house.

I have the same exact placement as well as parivatan between 8th and 9th .
Im curious to know about this also.
