You must visit the Birth Time Rectification Section of this forum and ensure whether ur TOB is correct as on 1304 ur Lagna is changing.
There is no use of analyzing an incorrect chart.

Hope observations made below are with good intention.
Firtst and foremost, your birth falls in the critical are of Meena / Mesha junction. This area
is akin to one boiling water. This keeps you always in an uncomfortable position.
Such people should have the lagna lord , moon- the mind and jupiter - advisor in strength
in guide the native and give confidence to overcome the hurdles.
Rahu, is influencing the lagna. It can simply make the native to aspire for more than what
one is capable of. In addition, the lagna lord is influenced once again by the nodes falling
in its axis. The advisor, jupiter is weak in makara with just average shad bala. In astro terms,
jupiter is in wrong direction.
Jupiter dasa was running since age 11. Just in 2010, the antar of Rahu started and it seems
to have played its role. Just do a self analysis and find where your judgement failed.
You have to avoid rahu and consider Guru in larger terms. This means that you should
find a 'genuine' advisor who can guide you. The person should preferably experienced in
life.
Jupiter, is moving into Simha now, is the apt time to seek proper advise since jupiter
will be influencing both your moon and lagna.

I just read about your career problems.
I am also meen lagna and my moon sign is scorpio.
I am also facing career problems from 2010.
Just last week I got a new job after 4 yrs of struggle.
Jupiter transit to leo has helped me it seems and also my jupiter antradasha is starting tomorrow.
I hope this jupiter transit to leo which will be 6th house for meen lagna,helps you too.
