1) I wonder if I can make predictions by using my Nakshatras in my main chart instead of my planets .(replace the current planets with the planet that rules each Nakshatra)
This can give something accurate ?Can this show me at what planets is my chart focused the most ,if this can be true.

2) Is the Moon chart giving the same predictions as the main chat?(when you put the Moon in first house)
3) If I want to do a prediction about my husbant is more important to make my 7th house ,my Ascendant , or to put the house where my Jupiter is in as the Ascendant?

Yes it can. There is a whole system of prediction called Krishnamurthi Paddati which deals with nakshatra lord based prediction but I'm glad to see you are already looking for answers this way...which is really cool.

The ascendant shows changes in the physical plane where as the Moon sign shows your mentally inclinations. Both are equally important.

The significator for husband is Mars so you have to first check how strong or otherwise is your mars. Then check 7th house and Venus.
