What to look for using only charts to find perfect partner.

I am using the word “partner” specifically as the word is more about mutual accomplishment or progress and a spouse is supposed to be just that but in a more permanent/full time way.
So if I person wanted to find a perfect partner/spouse either of the opposite sex or the same(giving common goal partnership priority over the common ideas of marriage) – what should the person be looking for if were browsing say hundreds of charts?


Perhaps a second question is what to think of charts that are very similar to ones own – should one consider those to be a possible perfect partner, a sibling similarity/ type capability, or ??? 2 examples:
I have seen one chart person born 5 hours after me meaning all zodiacs, nakshatras (except moon), padas and navamsa(except moon) are same just the ascendant different. And another chart where the ascendant(nakshatra and degrees), sun nakshatra, sign, house, and moon rasi and house were the same.
