First my sincere thanks. My DOB is July 5 1991 Place-Calcutta(India) now known as Kolkata TOB is 11.25 PM . However two Jyotish said that at 11.25:15 seconds D9 changes . Would anyone help me in BTR ?
Some facts that might help-
Completed Graduation in 2013
Mother is Spiritual soft and emotional in nature
Father is in Government Service
Younger sister who is also very learned. We go on cordially-occasional bro-sis argument but we are like friends
Will the learned help me ?

Education Class X- 2007 Class XII-2009 Graduation in Computer Science in 2013. No Travel or change in place in last 10-12 years however as a child we didn't have our own home and had to go from here to there to change house- i.e as a tenant. Career- Got an opportunity in marketing this Jan left it in March since I didn't like it.
