In my natal chart, Fifth Lord Mars Fourt Aspect to Second Lord Sun. Kindly check & confirm.
In my case, I am not getting scholarship during studies but started earning during (B.Com,Ist Yr) graduation.

Anuradha madam, I got scholorship during my UG days.I studied in a govt college and the college fee was very less that I got whatever the money I paid back in the form of scholorship
Not only that, from my 11th standard to final year of college, I used to win almost all that whatever sport or writting contest that I participated .I have a number of certificates for that.Now I wonder how my debilitated mercury dasha gave me such success in all my attempts.
All because of God's grace.

I have this yoga. 5th lord Jupiter aspects both 2nd lord mercury and 2nd house. For UG government paid tuition, I had very good grades and so got a small scholarship around US$100 per month, but lived at home.
Later got a huge scholarship for graduate studies, in april 2012, US$2500/month, clean (housing is provided, no need to pay bills or the like), and starting a company soon, still a student.

agreed- Manya. For taurus lagna, 2L & 5L is Mercury.

I have received tiny scholarships, nothing to write home about.

I am a learner and have a huge interest in astrology. And go through most of the posts and articles which all of you learned members post.
I came across this where 5L and 2L/2H involvement leads to scholarships.
My lagna is Simha and Jup (being my 5th and 8th lord) and Mer (being the 2nd and 11th lord) are conjunct in my 10th house Taurus. I was always a bright student but never tested well and never was able to top classes or anything. Well upto 10th standard.After that I lost all track of studies and came through decently and till now not settled in a career. Really confused and here and there with things. Running a supposedly good mahadasha of lagnesha, Surya but still no ideas about any developments.
Anyways just my two cents and happy to participate.

Thank you for looking at his chart.My son is joining in September this year. He wants to do Mb.Phd at the moment . So if everything goes well he will join in 2018 to do Ph.d and then continue clinical years later. I think chances of getting scholarship is from 2018 ,because Ph.d program is fully funded by University .
