According to details you provided ,


Chart :

You have Aquarius Ascendant having Ketu there .
7th house ( Related to marriage ) has Saturn and Rahu ( Both in P.Phalguni ) there .
7th house has leo sign and it is placed in 5th house with 5th lord Mercury .
Saturn and Rahu placement in 7th house is not so good related to marriage .
Saturn is slow planet which slow down the things whereever it sits , while Rahu is sudden expansion .
