You need not worry much Pats,Moon in the ninth house is known to influence fluctuating fortunes.however,moon gets strength being" vargottama" as it occupies mesha rasi and mesha navamsa.
your present Dasa of moon venus not bad either being tenth lord in the ninth,before oct ,2010,it shall restore you job.however being 12th lord,after expenditure or struggles.
