Birth details of my son. DOB: 18th Dec 1978. POB: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
TOB: 12:20 am ( IST).
He was in US for nearly 7 years and got two higher degrees. Due to certain circumstances he had to return back to India.
Will he get a job and visa to go back to US? If yes, when?

My son left for US in 2004 for his MS. After completing MS, he worked for some time and wanted to do law. He came back to India in 2007 for some personal reason and went back to US, got admission for law, completed law but could not continue there as he could not get extension. He returned back to India in 2012 December. Currently working in India.

First time he travelled to US around June 2004 ( Exact date I do not remember now).
Came to India around 27th - 28th Jan 2007. Left for US on 17th Feb 2007.
Returned back now on 14th Dec 2012.

Thanks for your prompt response. He left for US for the first time around June 2004 I think. May be he got the visa by May end of 2004. Thanks once again.

Venus being ninth lord placed in its own second house, associating with wealth, he can surely earn well. Venus , can also
give him change of place. Venus is in a movable sign, can give him more than one shift. Venus has good shadbala.

Since he has done law in US, is there some sort of difficulty in finding jobs related to law in Inida ?

After recessiion in US many small law firms went out of business/got closed.Plus it became difficult to get sponsorship for non US citizens graduated in law, unlike software Engineering graduates.Indian law firms prefer CAs and Company Secretaries than some one familiar with US law. Firms seeking US law graduates are limited in India. That's why this concern about his job prospects and location.
