first I should say I am new to astrology. But with the limited knowledge I hav I thought of helping you.
There is a possibility of marriage happenning in the year 2017. Saturn mahadasa Venus antardasa Saturn Pratyantardasa has a good chance. There can be a considerable age difference between u and ur spouse.
Dont take my statements too seriously, since I am a beginner, nor too lightly, since there is some astrological logic behind my prediction. Hope this helps you. Tc

Saturn aspects 7th house in Rasi. In navamsa Saturn rules 7th house of marriage and is placed in 2nd house of addition to family. So saturn can give u marriage. Saturn normally delays. Venus in Rasi is closely conjunct mercury, 7th house lord. Also in navamsa venus is placed in 7th house of marriage. Also venus is the karaka for marriage. This is how I analysed through traditional parashari methods. This is all I can give you. I also used several other methods which showed such possibility. I cant explain u everything. This is my way of seeing ur problem. Anyway dont rely on astrological predictions. Face the life the way it comes. Tc

A bit of a long shot here......has something been cooking that was/is expected to fructify in the near future which is not yet ready for public acceptance?

well I don't know. It's complicated. I thought a match would work out a few years ago but it didn't. That person backed out saying his family would not approve but still kept misleading me. I don't have any expectations from that person anymore.
Could you explain what made you think so? I'm trying to learn.

Thanks for the info; let me rephrase my first post to clarify what I am really looking to confirm from you s -
1. If this had not broken up, when would the marriage have happened?
2. There was something about this relationship that would've had difficulty in acceptance at large - perhaps he was older, or perhaps not from same caste.

1. If things worked out, maybe 2013.
2. Same caste so no such issue and the age gap is about 6 years. He just said his horoscope didn't match mine so his family would not accept. I had to end it because it was like a stalemate. He was indirectly asking me to wait. Wait for what I don't know... He has not been honest and all the astrologers who checked said there's barely any positive indication that things will work out. Some kind of hinted that he won't marry until his moon maha dasha ends in 2023.
But can this be made out from the navamsha chart?
