Your saturn cannot be in exchange with mercury in the 12th.
However,if you indeed have saturn in the 12th Remember the following:
DO NOT BE VORACIOUS EATER OR FOND OF WOMEN OR SEX INDULGENT.
also keep in mind that saturn in twelth need caution,it is capable of making a king a beggar,keep truth,avoid falsehood or cheating.
