Atmakaraka as lagna lord

Can anyone tell me the effects when -
the atmakaraka is also the Lagna Lord - Venus Exalted - in both the d1 and navamsa.
In d1 - libra lagna
its in a mutual parivartan yoga with the 1st house with jupiter and venus in the 6th.
I am interested in the spiritual nature revealed by the position, dignity of the atmakaraka - and the challenges at the soul level and the maturity of the soul.
