shadbala and ishta /kashta phala

Hello ,

I have a doubt and it may be simple but im only a beginner , so kindly try to help me .

even when shadbala of a planet is high , the kashta phala of this planet is higher than the ishta phala .. how is this interpreted generally ?? also usually which should be given more preference ? ( i know it cannot be dealt with isolatedly , but if you had to choose to give one of it importance which would it be ?)
Also if shadbala of a benefic is high but its ishta phala is lowest then what does it mean during the MD or AD of this planet ..
