I hope that with your support and guidance i will resolve my confusion about foreign settlement issue.
I have been in the UK for over 10 years and fighting my case from at least past 5 years.
With situation in hand could you please give me any idea on the following.
would i be able to settle in foreign land? how long could it possibly take or best time when this issue will finish?
which is more beneficial home land(India) or foreign land?

Thank you very much for your response.
The problem started from October 2008 when i submit the file. it was refused in 2009 then lost my appeal in 2010.
changed lawyer in September 2010 and who took money but never made further case in high court.
With new lawyer, won appeal in august 2011 then file lost by immigration dept.. since then contacted member of parliament to make further inquiries about the progress.
In 2014 they made decision and refused but not the right decision so again may have to go to court.

Since when you are facing the issue at the foreign land. Is it from 2007 July 27 or late than this date. Let me know so that we can analyse your chart further

Dear Thank you for your reply.
The problem started later than that date.
They first put on hold my file due to the lack of some papers on 30th November 2007. After submitting all documents on 13th December 2007 they issued 11 months visa, valid until November 2008 .
