yeah I don't understand what Nikhil is saying.
I've seen many celebrity (and have a family member) with neech planets and cancer lagna, the planets getting NB and the effects of NB positively working for them.
one has ascendant lord moon in 5th (scorpio), but mars in taurus, kendra from moon and aspecting moon.
They were in moon dasha from late 90's until recently, and had pretty much only good times, career took off more than ever, their health stayed strong, and they even had a daughter.
I'm not one to read charts, still learning.
Hopefully a more learned member will comment on your own chart.
I just had to comment on the fact that I would confidently say Nikhil's quote is incorrect.
Plus I've seen many articles and examples from astrologers like Vaughn Paul from this site, or KN Rao, BV Raman,.etc...with people who had cancer lagna, a neech planet and they never once mentioned NB didn't work because they're cancer ascendant.
