Here I am sharing details of a guy who use to be in relationship with multiple girls at same time.
He promises girls for marriage and and use them for his physical needs.
He also use to drink, he also has habit of borrowing lots of money from others.
His parents tried a lot to get his horoscope but whenever they give his birth details to any astrologer, the poor astrologer falls ill and can never come back.
He is very much political,his parents think that he is very responsible and ideal son.
His elder brother tried to tell everything to his parents but they don't believe.

As mars is lord of 9th house and dispositor of jupiter also,he does not have knowledge of DHARM.( he is nastik).
Moon & Venus together also person born on amavasya.
Rahu in 8th house so he doesn't have enough knowledge to decide between good and bad.
As mars in 12th house of physical bondage, I feel that he may have to go to jail because of such things.

You are right, his father is holding a very good government position,he does not do any kind of corruption,he is very religious too and he has lots of trust on him so he is giving lots of financial add to him.
His mother doubts on him because he spends lots of money,sometimes she use to ask many questions about his spent money so he does not like his mother.
He is studying law ,he use to fool his parents by saying that he is going to attend conference in India and abroad so his parents use to give him money, after that he creates fake certificates to show.
His elder brother is my friend, he gave me all this details.
He does lots of drama of being good boy but in his mind he does not give any value to his elder brother and parents.
If not jail than there is chance of prolong incurable disease due to presense of RAHU in 8th house.
I wonder whether his parents will ever come to know about his reality or not.
