neechbanga?

rahu is in 4th house scorpio and ketu in 10th house tauras.does this mean its neechbanga as both planets are debilitated and aspect each other?

rule says like this only but i am not sure if it follows for rahu and ketu.

i think in this case it should depend more on the position of mars and venus or on the planets posited with rahu/ketu

Since both are debilitated, their mutual aspect will not cause cancellation, so they need support from other planets especially their respective dispositors. Dispositors needs to be in quadrant with respect to ascendant or from moon. Additionally aspect of dispositor on rahu/ketu can produce rajayoga (dispositor being lord of trine/quardrant and rahu/ketu placed in trine/quardrant)

In this case leo being the ascendant, and Exalted Mars + Venus in capricorn in 6th house (neither trine nor quardrant) and neither aspects rahu nor aspects ketu, will not be neechbhang. But need to check position of Rahu/Ketu in D9 too (if their position reversed to place rahu in taurus and ketu in Scorpio).

People never thought about neechbhang of Rahu/Ketu, because there is difference of opinion about their exaltation signs (Taurus/Scorpio Or Gemini/Sagittarius)
