I am 5'9 tall. I weigh 76 kgs. I have been severely depressed recently which has made me eat a lot, and now I have put on weight. I've been struggling to lose weight for the past two years.

that is an interesting question. i feel for some reason that the struggle was not a very determined one. you are emotional girl by nature who goes into depression very soon.

when the restlessness demanded some action from your side, you ended up eating something. most of them would do like that.

solution - you need to be mentally strong
