1. Yes , Your Jupiter is debilitated . ( But Venus Exalted )
2. Jupiter being in 7th house and 7th lord Saturn in 5th house may develop love marriage , but no connection with Rahu or Moon so less chance of having spouse from Foreign Country . ( though having moon in 12th "may" make you visit foreign country )
3. You have Rahu and Mercury in 10th house , so choose career which needs talk / calculation , job which requires fast decision

Its always gud to give birth details instead of typing so much.
Your Jupiter is in Capricorn sign (10) hence debilitated. But due to the conjunction of its rashi lord, there is neech bhang yoga.
