Muhurat :- Bhadra Kaal

I have bought one property and getting it registered on 21st April in Delhi

Though all other factors are fine but there is Bhadra Kaal during the day..

I understand, that this duration is not good for marriage, house warming, etc but is it okay to get property registered during this.

There is Abhijit Muhurat on the same day starting from around 11:45 am to 12:45 pm during the day... should we try to get property registered during this time period.

Nakshatra on the day is Purva Shada (lord Venus) and is considered good for buying property)
Tithi is 7th, which is also neutral.

Would request to please help in this regard
