Regarding your brothers career, education is great due to Strong Saturn and Venus . These 2 are the karaks for education in your brothers chart. For doing Business mercury must be strong and in the chart mercury is poorly placed in 6th house . Also shadbala of mercury is weak. The timing of business is also not good. It was in Rahu/mars Period. Mars a first rate malefic for kanya lagna is posited in lagna and that too in enemy"s house of mercury.
I suggest he drops the idea of doing business as it is not suitable for him
He must wear Emerald Gemstone for Mercury and pray Lord Narayana Regularly.

My brother decided to quit job in March-April 2011 .
But he had to serve notice period so he formally quit the job in June 2011.
Can u please shed some light on future ? How the things will go ?
And some remedial measures, if any ?

So the timing part i wrote appears to be right.
His chart is a classic example for showing intelligence coupled with too much pressure coming on the
seat of intelligence. I would like to know more about the factory he started and its failure to take off.
Such an intelligent man, has failed somewhere. I am able the see the reason astrologically. I will
gradually show you the reasons for it.
