Would sincerely request you to see as to whether a precise birth time can be available w.r.t to my TOB:

Date: 5 September 1983
TOB: 16:40 PM (as per Birth Certificate)
POB: Kolkata (SSKM Hospital)
Date of Marriage: 25 May 2010
Date of First Child Birth: 27 September 2012 (Girl Child)
Date of Grandmother's Expiry: 13 April 2009
Change of Residence: July 2013
Profession: Law
Falsely/wrongfully accused in Frivolous Litigation: 27/29 April 2013
Health Problems: Stomach Related Problems/Mild Stammering
Status of Father: Retired, Used to be in Government Service
Status of Mother: Housewife
Status of Eldest Maternal Uncle: Ex-High Court Judge

Whatever data I could share are as above. In view of the same,if someone can help me with a rectified TOB that would be of great help.
