Hi Swati,

Saturn is aspecting 7th house and enemy 7th lord. Hence delay in marriage. I think it will be an arranged marriage. Your spouse will be caring and nice looking.

Marriage yoga is there after May 2014, jupiter will be transiting 7th house and moon. Venus-Rahu dasha can give marriage.
