Navamsha calculaion problem.

I'm an astrology student who kept my first steps into studying astrology few months back. However quite recently I came across a problem regarding astrology software. According to my software (jaganath hora) the ascendant of my navamsha is Gemini, but one of my friend's astrology app in his phone calculated my navamsha ascendant as libra. I don't which calculation is correct. Below a birth details. Can someone correctly calculate my navamsha ascendant according to the data.

Time: 15:58
Place: Kandy, Sri Lanka
Gender: Male
