You had very good chance between 2009 to 2012 to go abroad.
From April 2014 to August 2014 , chances are there to go abroad.
There are high chances of foreign settlement.

You are right ,i had a good chance of going abroad before two years.But due to some family problems i couldnt go.
Sir i have a question in my mind regarding abroad living. As mars and saturn are in conjuction in twelth house in my chart.
Does this combination show any problems in living abroad like involvement in wrong cases,legal disputes,imprisonment,financial losses etc.?

My calculation is different. There will be no problems in foreign country. There will be very good happiness due to exalted Saturn . You can have houses, vehicles , Career settlement etc in foreign country.
